Inotiv is looking for a dynamic and collaborative Senior Project Manager to provide leadership for large, complex initiatives within the Enterprise. This Senior Project Manager will be responsible for the delivery of projects/programs that typically have high visibility and impact. In this role, you will create a sound project management approach that fits best for planning and managing the work considering both agile and traditional methods. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex ERP implementations on time and within budget while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of ERP systems.
Responsibilities· Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
· Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
· Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may arise
· Manage and provide appropriate visibility to project issues
· Monitor project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management
· Foster a collaborative environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences based on consistently demonstrated personal values
· Inspire and motivate team members to achieve project goals, recognizing and celebrating their contributions
· Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned
· Management of vendors from RFP through execution
· Manage multiple projects concurrently
· Complete monthly financial forecasting including scheduling expenditures and analyzing variances
· Coach and mentor project managers in the organization
· Contribute towards maturing project management
· Continually explore and identify ways to accomplish project goals more efficiently and effectively using agile methods where applicable
· Ability to adhere to all company policies, safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of related education and equivalent work experience
· 8+ years’ experience managing large, complex projects
· Experience with Agile frameworks
· Experience with ERP implementations in an enterprise environment.
*The starting salary for this role is $101,800 and can be offered at different levels for candidates who qualify with a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years of experience. The salary range will adjust along with the level of the role to match the person’s relevant experience and/or education level.
