What You Will Be Doing:Responsible for the execution of antitrust-related projects, such as HSR Filings, Second Requests and related proceedings before the CBC, EC, CMA, etc.Oversee full life cycle of Antitrust projects, from collections through processing, review and production to various state, federal and international agencies, according to client parametersTrack delivery schedules, ensuring proper quality assurance, and manage changes in work scopeCommunicate with clients and advise on efficient workflows and solutions through the life cycle of a projectBe available to answer client questions about web hosting software and perform various administrative functions of the application(s) to meet clients’ needsMonitor multiple simultaneous projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are metWork with Relativity and LAW to execute document productions, including bates stamping, creating load files and performing OCRDesign custom event handlers and Relativity Scripts to improve workflowWork closely with production staff to ensure proper allocation of resources based on deadlines and priorities set by the clientServe as a liaison between the production staff and the client during the life cycle of a projectDevelop and utilize strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action to novel complex issuesEnsure jobs are completed according to client and industry standards and that job specifications and deadlines are metAttend client meetings with sales teams to assist in closing dealsPerform other special projects or duties as requiredWho We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s or JD Degree or equivalent relevant experience; a strong technical background is helpfulMinimum of 5 years’ experience in litigation supportExperience with Relativity, IPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation or other review database applications is a mustWorking knowledge of operations, including document imaging, printing, coding, and electronic data processingKnowledge of MS Office applicationsAvailable to work overtime, including evenings and weekends as neededAvailable by phone or email when out of the office as neededAbility to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlinesExcellent customer service skillsHigh-level problem solver with superior multi-tasking skillsRCA certification is a plusDESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:Creative thinker – You are curious and unafraid to ask questions and devise novel and efficient solutions to complex problemsHard worker – You are industrious and diligent in everything you doInnovator – You are willing to initiate changes and introduce new ideasTeam Player – You can work collaboratively as part of a team and effectively delegate tasks and responsibilitiesWhere Your Career Is Going:
