This involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while maintaining high-quality standards and client satisfaction. The role requires effective coordination of cross-functional teams, risk management, and continuous communication with stakeholders to achieve project objectives and seamless handovers.

Key Responsibilities:
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.Project Execution and Delivery: Oversee the entire lifecycle of complex capital projects from internal hand-over to client delivery. Ensure project scope is met with high-quality standards and manage client hand-over, including operational readiness, commissioning, start-up, and documentation.Scope Management: Coordinate and verify all technical and product information to ensure compliance with client specifications. Conduct regular contract reviews to avoid delays at financial close-out.Schedule Management: Plan, develop, implement, and control project schedules and milestones. Ensure on-time delivery by managing projects against agreed schedules and contractual obligations.Cost Management: Implement and manage cost control measures as per project terms and conditions.Quality Management: Proactively assure quality and monitor control activities. Ensure compliance with all relevant SOPs.Stakeholder Management: Lead cross-functional and inter-departmental teams to ensure effective project execution and integration. Provide regular client feedback, updates, and measure satisfaction.Risk Management: Implement and monitor project risk controls based on best practices.Contract and Procurement Management: Implement contract terms within the Delegation of Authority. Support post-project delivery reviews, negotiations, and financial close-outs.Communication Management: Engage with clients on technical and commercial matters. Collaborate with internal product specialists, sales teams, and regional branches for project support. Build and maintain networks and relationships with peers across the internal business to secure necessary resources for achieving medium to long-term business plans and project objectives.Project Planning and Execution Efficiency: Ensures timely completion of project milestones by effectively managing project plans and mitigating timing delays.Cost and Contract Management: Accurately estimates project costs and conducts thorough profitability analysis to optimize financial performance.Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
