Kforce has a client in Houston, TX that is seeking a Senior Project Manager with expertise in Data Migration and System Integration to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in data migration processes and be adept in systems integration. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage data migration and system integration projects from inception to completion * Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and deliverables * Oversee data conversion and migration strategy, ensuring data integrity, quality, and consistency throughout the project lifecycle * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business analysts, and external vendors, to ensure successful delivery of project objectives * Utilize knowledge of Retail Electricity or Natural Gas markets in deregulated environments to inform project strategy and execution * Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders * Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in data handling and system integration processes * Provide regular project updates, status reports, and detailed documentation for senior management and stakeholders * Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, mentoring and guiding team members as needed
