Senior Project Manager
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager for integrated projects ranging from strategies, activations, creative content for social media, and more. Our success comes from our smart, passionate, and curious people, who tell great stories and solve complex business problems day in and day out.   The job As the Senior Project Manager across programs with concurrent workflows, you’ll work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver for our clients. You’ll collaborate with account, specialty, and project management peers and leads to ensure that project deliverables have a solid workflow, map to strategic intent and brand guidelines, all while meeting timing, scope, and budget requirements. Responsibilities:Define and draft scopes, staffing plans and estimates, and obtain necessary approvals. Use of project management tools to author and maintain project schedules, project briefs, cost estimates, budgets, and other relevant project documentation with input and oversight from relevant team members. Own the delivery of a work stream within large, complex initiatives and/or own mid-size projects independently and with minimal oversight. Manage and communicate the status of integrated initiatives across multiple projects to ensure successful delivery against scoped deliverables. Anticipate project needs, resolving project issues and removing barriers for the team. Pull and review project burn, and work to proactively identify and flag scope creep. Proactively communicate and manage hours, tasks, and timelines with integrated team members. Schedule and attend meetings, communicate next steps, and assign actions.  Participate in client discussions related to project plans and set expectations on due dates needed to meet project goals. Partner with resource management and finance to manage staffing and plan future staffing requirements. Basic Qualifications:A 4-year degree or equivalent work experience 5-7 years of project management at an integrated marketing or PR agency, or related experience, including but not limited to social media programs. Particular Qualifications: A mastery of PM fundamentals and best practices; independently owning multiple small to mid-level sized project deliveries Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SmartSheet (or other similar project management tool) Excellent written and verbal communication.   Expert in core project management skills of scoping, budgeting, and building detailed timelines for a variety of deliverables and size of projects. Experience with a wide range of creative programs  Proven ability to generate effective cross-team communications in a collaborative, hybrid environment to drive workflows.     Experienced in workflow documentation and shareouts with internal team and clients.    Skilled in troubleshooting issues and proactively addressing blockers.    Understanding of trade-offs and management of risks to delivery timelines and budget. $62,000 - $111,000 a yearAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of DJEH’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, a Paid Time Off policy, and region-specific benefits. #LI-KSJ
