We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead offshore-related projects in the water treatment industry, ensuring successful execution and client satisfaction.

Role Overview

Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring effective planning, execution, and timely completion. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication of project goals and updates. Maintain strong client relationships, actively pursuing additional sales opportunities and ensuring satisfaction. Organize the project team, assign tasks, and provide leadership for smooth project progression. Collaborate with Line Managers and Business Unit Vice President to secure necessary project resources. Create and manage the project budget, monitoring spending to meet financial targets. Implement cost-saving strategies while maintaining control over project costs and development. Collaborate with design, procurement, assembly, and client teams for coordinated project execution. Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders (VP Project Execution, CEO, CFO) and clients on risks, opportunities, challenges, and successes. Document all key project decisions, interpretations, and agreements. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the project lifecycle. Meet contractual obligations while protecting company rights under project agreements.

Skills & Qualifications

PMP Certification: Proven expertise in recognized project management methodologies. Management Reporting & Services: Strong analytical abilities for effective decision-making. Project Lifecycle Proficiency: Experience managing projects across all phases. Financial Competence: Knowledge in economy, negotiation, and cash flow management. Digital Competence: Well-developed digital skills for multi-location communication. Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written skills for engaging with team members and clients.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant technical field from an accredited institution. Minimum 5 years of experience managing offshore-related projects, in water treatment systems.
