What are my responsibilities?
Maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and mitigate risks. Implement and monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures. Provide financial support and guidance to project stakeholders. This includes assisting in project budgets and forecasts, conducting cost analysis, and ensuring projects achieve their financial objectives. Assist in project administrative matters. Plan for material deliveries, processing supplier’s invoices, reconciliation between material deliveries and invoices, timely payment to suppliers Generate monthly reports for asset locations and tool ownership and verify with SAP. Generate monthly performance reports for AR. Support in cost controlling of actual costs. Review the calculation of service contracts, calculations, and quotations. Assist in compiling and analyzing financial reports every quarter for project management. Support in commercial matters to achieve business targets. Support in month-end closing activities including but not limited to month-end accounting entries.What do I need to qualify for this job?
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial project management and international experience in multicultural teams is a plus. Experience with calculation methods, forecasting, project controlling (including procurement, customs, logistics, and export control), contract and claim management. Comfort in implementing accounting principles (IFRS), tax, insurance, and FX strategies as required on the project. Experience with SAP systems. Fluency in both written and spoken English Teamwork, collaboration, good interpersonal skills, and negotiation skills are a plus.What else do I need to know?
