The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Management of Site CAPEX projects including Global Automation initiatives at the Inverin and Casla sites and coordinating project implementation across departments. This position will lead the efforts in establishing the project goals and objectives, planning, scheduling, estimating, monitoring progress and performance and reporting.

Project Management: Manage and coordinate CAPEX engineering projects from initiation stage to close out, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.(Safety and Quality)
Manage the installation, qualification, and validation of pharmaceutical equipment (production equipment, automation, cleanrooms, facility equipment).
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that projects comply to industry standards such as HPRA, FDA, DEKRA, and ISO regulations.
Facility Upgrades: Manage facility expansions, HVAC systems, water treatment, cleanroom upgrades to support production requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Quality, Manufacturing, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead Concept & FED studies, feasibility studies & costing proposals, Capex generation & approvals, project execution oversight, project scope, budget & schedule control. Manage project implementation, communication and close out.
Budget & Cost Control: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Engineering Degree and 5+ years’ experience in an engineering role preferably within the pharmaceutical/ medical device industry. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, automation, and engineering principles and validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ).
Project Management: Experience with methodologies like PMP, Agile etc.
Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges effectively.
Leadership & Communication: Managing teams and coordinating with different departments.
Strong organizational, interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with peers.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work cross functionally with all other departments.
Computer skills, Microsoft packages, MS Project.
