This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced project architect specialising in seniors living, to work on a diverse scope of projects and exercise their creativity and leadership skills!

Key Responsibilities: Work collaboratively and independently delivering across multiple projects concurrently at various stages from DD to CA Quick to understand and meet project requirements Effective quality control of final architectural product Manage relationships with key clients to ensure their brief is met Detailed programming, planning and budgeting of each project Maintain positive relationships with clients and consultants Efficient and effective management of staff and delegate responsibility and provide support when required Preparation of fee proposals and managing project fees 
Skills & Experience: Minimum 8 years of post-grad experience Minimum 5 years post-grad experience managing teams across all phases of architectural process Registration as Architect (preferred) Proficiency in Revit is a must Highly competent in Concept Design, Design Development, Documentation and Construction/Site Admin. Highly experienced in working independently on projects High organisation skills and time management Schedule preparation and report writing Experience in Seniors Living sector
