A Global design firm is looking for a Senior Project Architect with Healthcare experience to join their Jacksonville, FL office.

Responsibilities:
  Lead all phases of the design process with a high level of proficiency, adhering to firm and project goals, and maintaining excellence in design, project management, execution, and innovative design solutions. Coordinate effectively among internal disciplines (architecture, interior design, landscape architecture) and with external consultants. Address technical implications, design decisions, and project financial goals. Communicate with clients regarding project technical matters. Oversee project regulatory reviews (building code, accessibility, zoning) and manage submissions to relevant authorities. Direct project documentation development and the production of deliverable drawings and specifications. Ensure efficient team performance in construction contract administration responsibilities. Manage Quality Control reviews at each phase to ensure conformance with firm standards, contractual obligations, and project design intent, focusing on quality, accuracy, legibility, completeness, and constructability. Stay informed about evolving building technology and engineering systems relevant to project work. Direct project Quality Assurance efforts, ensuring adherence to firm standards. Contribute to project marketing efforts, proposal preparation, and interviews. Lead collaborative teams in design reviews, charrettes, and pin-ups. Mentor staff and provide oversight of assignments. Demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills to inspire high team performance.
Requirements:
  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in Healthcare related projects. Licensed Architect. LEED Green Associate (GA) within 6 months of hire. Knowledge of building, zoning, and energy codes. Extensive experience through all project phases, from preliminary design to final completion. Experience managing teams. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in Revit is required; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Enscape, Lumion, Grasshopper, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
