You will be the Senior Program Quality Manager, leading Precision Fires Development and Shared Quality Services. Our team is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive quality strategies that drive continuous improvement and ensure efficient system performance.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Senior Program Quality Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy that leverages input from internal and external stakeholders to drive exceptional results.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Developing and implementing a comprehensive quality strategy that integrates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
-Collaborating with US Government representatives and senior Lockheed Martin executives to ensure positive customer relationships and excellent Contract Performance Assessment Report (CPAR) scores
-Leading diverse, geographically dispersed teams to drive effective and affordable continuous improvement solutions
-Integrating with MFC disciplines to assess and provide insight into the effectiveness of Quality systems infrastructure at key suppliers and LM Production sites
-Representing Precision Fires Programs and the Quality and Mission Success (QMS) Organization at key program and executive staff meetings

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim secret is required to start.
Basic Qualifications:
-Bachelors level degree or higher in STEM and/or equivalent experience/combined education

-Must be a US citizen and have an Interim Secret secret clearance and be able to obtain a Secret security clearance

-Ability to travel (less than 50%)

-Experience as a team lead and facilitator

-Experience working with Government customers

-Experience in the recruitment and development of talent to strengthen the organization

-Advanced experience in applied Quality

-Experience with Engineering practices in Aerospace industry

-Experience with Quality Management Systems (i.e. AS9100, AS9102, AS9103, AS9145, TS16949)
Desired Skills:
-Technical Engineering Degree (Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical or Industrial Engineering) at Bachelors level or higher preferred.

-Candidate should possess experience in multiple Technical, Quality Assurance and Business elements.

-ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), Certified Quality Improvement Associate (CQIA), or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

-Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

-Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) technical experience

-Additive manufacturing experience

-Electronic manufacturing experience

-International supply chain experience

-Familiar with requirements for handling and control of Government Furnished Equipment / Property during field, ground or operational tests

-Experience developing and implementing a Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) Enterprise strategy which integrates cross functional teams in the execution of processes and needed technical solutions including Quality, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Global Supply Chain, etc.

-Utilized quality methodologies and MFC policies and procedures

-EVM experience

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
