Barbaricum is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Program Metrics Management Support  for the National Geospatial- Intelligence Agency (NGA ARCHES) Program. The Senior Program Metrics Management Support role requires a highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to foster teamwork, proactive engagement and most importantly, be a part of a fast paced and high operational tempo program that will foster and grow the AI/ML mission. They will work with the Government leads and PM/CORs across integrated product teams to assist the program contractual metrics and warfighter technical user metrics development, validation, and alignment of metrics of funding and product lines for fiscal traceability and accountability measures.Responsibilities Communicate design concepts and research findings to team members and stakeholders through presentations, reports, and other mediumsDevelop a deep understanding of our products, internal tools, strategic priorities, stakeholder needs, as well key customers segmentsSupport the program Intellectual Property Steering Committee and support NGA, IC, and program Steering Groups, Advisory Groups and Governance Boards as requiredSupport government leads in establishing and managing strategic thresholds and objectivesSupport government leads with strategic customer/user, engineering and acquisition metrics to ensure program adherence to strategic documentsIf applicable, recommend changes or updates to strategic documents based on research findingsTrack and manage vendor licenses and requirements aligned to this effort including financial analysisUtilize metrics from various resources to understand quantitative needs for the projectDesign, plan and conduct face-to-face engagements using human-centered principles to find qualitative understandings about the needs of the usersConduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand the needs and behaviors of the target audienceSupport the creation of Human Centered Design (HCD) artifacts such as user personas, user journeys, content inventories, and wireframes to propose and communicate design decisions with stakeholders and the integrated project teamSynthesize research findings to identify key insights and design opportunitiesSupport government leads in data collection and data analysis activitiesSupport government leads in dashboard creation with tools to include but not limited to Tableau, Kibana, ESRI and ArcGISEnsure programmatic alignment and adherence to the NGA Vision, DDI, and AI/ML program prioritiesBuild strong relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders within the DoD and the IC communitySeek input from multiple constituents and stakeholders to drive innovative solutionsQualifications Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance required.Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or five years of experience deriving metrics from various resources to understand quantitative needs for a project either programmatic or technical in nature.Desired Qualifications Either a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Human-Centered Design, Information Science, User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication Design, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Psychology or a degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems, or networks is recommended.Or a Combination of Education and Experience: A minimum of 24 semester (36 quarter) hours of coursework in any area listed in option A, plus experience working in interactive design, user testing, front-end development, or a related field that demonstrates the ability to successfully perform the duties associated with this work for two years.For more information about Barbaricum, please visit our website at .  We will contact candidates directly to schedule interviews.  No phone calls please.
