We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior Program Manager to work closely with the India leadership team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving the success of strategic programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and delivering measurable business outcomes.
This position requires a high-performing individual with a strong ability to manage business critical programs, influence stakeholders, and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

**Responsibilities**
+ **Program Management:**
+ Project manage strategic programs and initiatives across the iCIMS India, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
+ Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, budgets, dependenciesand risk mitigation strategies.
+ Monitor program progress and provide regular updates to the iCIMS leadership.
+ **Strategic Support:**
+ Partner with the India leader to identify, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational excellence.
+ Conduct data-driven analysis and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
+ Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, providing thought leadership and recommendations on program execution.
+ Stakeholder Management:
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, HR, IT, and global counterparts, to drive program success.
+ Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align efforts and ensure smooth execution.
+ Act as the point of contact for program-related communication, ensuring transparency and accountability.
+ Change Management:
+ Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, or initiatives across the India center.
+ Develop communication plans and training materials to support change initiatives.
+ Performance Measurement:
+ Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for programs and track their impact.
+ Evaluate existing frameworks and build new ones where necessary to track and measure the performance of teams and individuals.
+ Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
**Qualifications**
+ **E** **xperience:**
+ 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or consulting roles.
+ Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in a GCC or global organization
+ **Skills:**
+ Exceptional program management and organization skills, with strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
+ Proficiency in program management tools and methods (e.g., Agile, PMP, Six Sigma, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project).
+ Excellent documentation and presentation skills (expert in MS Office)
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
+ Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
