What You Will Get To Do:

Contribute to the company’s transformation journey by managing programs that enhance customer experience and align with our evolving product offeringsLead cross-functional change programs that align with organizational priorities and bridge gaps between teams, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful deliveryUse your industry knowledge and experience to help organizations successfully execute on business transformational projectsPrimarily responsible for the management and delivery of Intralinks change programs and new product offerings. Oversee large projects, across all geographic locations, coordinating execution for timely deliveryUnderstand the specific details of task on projects to be able to follow discussions about technical direction, tradeoffs, and related risks and impedimentsRigorously track all project tasks, maintaining detail on ownership and target dates, and recognizing / recording any related slips, risks and impedimentsHelp teams prioritize work and coordinate dependencies with other project teams, programs, and stakeholders making sure team members are appropriately responsiveProvide feedback to leadership on how existing processes work, and any related issues that should be addressed.  Report non-standard processes being used within a project and offer insights into whether these processes are effectiveDefine and measure program success metrics to track the impact of initiatives on organizational transformation and customer experience

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 10+ years of experience successfully managing and leading programsProven ability to lead cross-functional transformation programs, aligning stakeholders across different functions to achieve organizational goalsAbility to recognize internal and external business challenges and work with senior leaders to recommend process, product, or service improvementsProven experience mentoring team members in project management standardsExperience working both independently and in team-oriented collaborative environmentsProven conflict resolution and problem-solving ability, excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skillsProven experience in building detailed project plans, management of project dependencies, change requests, issues, risks with mitigation of impact to desired project outcomes and timely escalation of issues and delaysSuccinct status reporting to all audiences including project team, stakeholders, management and executives

It would be great if you also had:

PMP Certification and/or PMI trainingAdvanced level experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), SmartSheet
