Oracle Morocco R&D’s team has an exciting opportunity for you to build on your operations and business skills, gain an end-to-end view of the organization, and work with multiple business lines, team members & partners. This is your chance to support and execute operations for the Early In Career (EIC) talent programs for all Oracle Morocco R&D Engineering.
The ideal candidate will have a consistent track record of execution excellence in talent development programs with measurable results. You must have experience driving meaningful action, be data-friendly and meticulous, and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
Role and Responsibilities:
Influencing, and gaining sponsorship from multiple stakeholders across Engineering Lines of business to ensure a successful execution of the project/program.Identifying, prioritizing, and successfully executing a broad portfolio of Early In Career initiatives and programs.Creating project plans with timelines and identifying risks and blockers to execution for programs/tracks owned; identifying inefficiencies and developing processes to address them.Providing regular status updates to Leadership on progress made backed by data & analytics.Providing rigorous management and analysis of overall EIC portfolio budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs. budget, spend per program and historical trends, etc.)Stewarding change and being an effective ambassador for projects/programs owned.Building and maintaining consistent reporting across the EIC program portfolio.Continuously benchmark EIC program portfolio with industry best-in-class programs and identify new focus areas.Facilitating sessions in the Early In Career program around career development, etc.Creating effective proposals to higher management for new program initiatives.Using a combination of analytics and long-established expertise, tell the Early In Career story and influence organizational leadership on the direction of the program.· Identifies, prioritizes, and successfully executes a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs.
· Plans and directs schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously.
· Partners closely with global cross-functional teams to understand and capture requirements for programs.
· Navigates complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks.
· Effectively influences internal and external teams to prioritize; drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership for each item, with regular follow-up through program closure. While ensuring resolution of risk and issues, escalating as necessary.
· Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices.
· Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
· 8 years of combined experience with project management, data analysis, and direct business experience within a specialized function.
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management HR, or related field.
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally with functional and technical teams.
· Experience building and managing reporting tools to support Programs, such as scorecards and KPI metrics, to further drive insights around our program strategy.
· Demonstrated ability to balance quantitative and qualitative metrics to provide a holistic viewpoint.
· Expert-level experience with Excel, creating dynamic pivot reports and data visualization.
· Ability to influence through data visualization and interpretation.
· Self-directed and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
· Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
· Excellent interpersonal skills.
