We're looking for Two Senior Program Managers who are energized by big challenges and passionate about making learning more accessible and effective for everyone. This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. What can you expect from the position? Program Leadership: You'll be at the helm of complex, high-impact programs, using your expertise to navigate challenges and keep teams focused on our goals. Working with cross-functional leadership, you'll establish clear milestones and make sure we hit our targets. End-to-End Operational Management: You'll guide programs from initial discovery through successful launch and beyond, keeping teams focused and motivated with meaningful milestones and smooth execution throughout the program lifecycle. Team Development and Well-being: You'll build and nurture high-performing teams through coaching and mentorship and create an environment that balances delivery with team well-being. Cross-Functional Collaboration: You'll be the bridge between our agile development teams and key business partners across the organization. Partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX teams, to align efforts, build relationships, and address roadblocks. Communication and Engagement: Whether you're running program updates with development teams, presenting to executives, or sharing progress with sales and marketing partners, you'll make complex information clear and actionable. You'll create regular touchpoints and reporting that help everyone understand how the program is progressing and the value it's delivering to the business. Program Success Metrics and Reflection: You'll establish and track meaningful metrics that help teams understand their impact and progress. You'll create regular opportunities for the team to reflect on what's working well and what needs adjustment, using data to guide improvements. You'll make sure we're measuring what matters and acting on those insights. What can you bring to the role? Extensive Program Management Expertise: You've got at least 3+ years of relevant experience leading and delivering complex, end-to-end digital/technology and design-intensive programs in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of driving impactful results. Mastery of Agile Methodologies: You live and breathe agile, with hands-on experience guiding diverse teams through iterative improvements while keeping delivery momentum strong. Leadership and Team Development: You’re a natural mentor who builds high-performing teams, fostering talent growth and creating a supportive, collaborative environment. Exceptional Partner Engagement: You’re a relationship builder who collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams, including software engineering, technical product management, and UX design. You speak their language, foster alignment, and drive consensus to achieve shared goals. Operational and Organizational Excellence: You thrive in dynamic environments, juggling priorities and keeping teams focused on high-impact objectives under tight deadlines. Experience Managing Global Teams: You’ve managed teams across time zones and cultures, maintaining strong connections and achieving results with internal and external partners. Creative Problem-Solving and Innovation: You tackle challenges with innovative solutions, turning tricky situations into opportunities for improvement, and you love finding unexpected ways to make programs even better. The pay range for this position is between $93,950 - $125,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
