Senior Program Manager, Partner Onboarding

The Role: 

The Senior Program Manager, Partner Onboarding will oversee the execution of partner onboarding initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, timelines, and stakeholder expectations. This role will drive efficiency in the partner onboarding process by integrating AI-powered tools, automation, and process improvements- working and aligning with the many stakeholder groups that touch partner registration and onboarding. 

The ideal candidate has experience in enterprise software, partner ecosystems, and project/program management. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong stakeholder management skills, and can translate business objectives into actionable projects. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Program Development, Execution & Coordination 

Manage onboarding projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet business objectives and partner needs. 

Maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring cross-functional alignment. 

Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, addressing roadblocks and ensuring smooth execution. 

Setup and run weekly/monthly/quarterly working, operating and steerco meetings. 

Technology & AI Integration 

Oversee the implementation of AI-powered learning tools, automation, and process improvements in partner onboarding. 

Work closely with the Process Mapping Specialist to integrate AI-driven efficiencies in onboarding workflows. 

Measurement & Continuous Improvement 

Track project success metrics, including partner engagement, completion rates, and time to value. 

Collect feedback from partners and internal teams to refine and optimize onboarding initiatives. 

Qualifications

Experience Required: 

Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI’s potential impact on the function or industry. 

7-10+ years of experience in program and project management within enterprise software, SaaS, or IT organizations. 

Strong ability to manage multiple projects and drive alignment across cross-functional teams. 

Experience implementing technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency. 

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. 

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred. 

PMI-PMP certification is a plus.
