This role will be responsible for developing insurance-related communications, educational content, and training programs for our global network of last mile delivery partners. You will Insist on the Highest Standards regarding communications and educational content. You will rapidly Earn Trust with multiple cross-functional partners, including program managers, product managers, and business leaders. You will bring in fresh ideas to simplify and scale our internal processes. You will have a passion for storytelling, as there are so many wonderful stories to be found in this innovative space. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who has a high Bias for Action and thrives in ambiguity.
