This role requires scoping and creating project plans, developing processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes. Global Fleet & Products (GFP) is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own end-to-end strategy and execution of Delivery Service Partner (DSP) Fleet Sentiment within the Last Mile organization. This individual will serve as the 'voice of the customer' for our organization to ensure fleet program and product feedback is being surfaced to the right stakeholders and actioned appropriately. This role requires someone who is willing to learn all aspects of the DSP program and become a subject matter expert for our organization. We are looking for an individual who can operate in an undefined space, influence cross-functional groups, and create closed-loop listening mechanisms.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, direct, supervise, and control the sentiment program for GFP
- Define and measure internal and external fleet sentiment goals
- Enhance current listening mechanisms and present data to senior leadership
- Partner with DSP Communications to incorporate fleet feedback in to future campaigns
- Monitor and report on the progress of all activity within the program area
- Work with internal and external stakeholders, including DSPs, Last Mile program teams, operations, finance, tech, and other business teams
