Amazon seeks a Senior Program Manager to drive new initiatives and program launches for the Amazon Delivery Central Operations team, specializing in integrating the roadmap for AMXL (Amazon's extra-large delivery service). The Senior Program Manager will be a key member of strategic initiatives that will continue to improve last-mile processes to scale for rapidly increasing volume and complexity and support our Delivery Service Provider (DSP) partners and their delivery drivers.

Key job responsibilities
- Acts as the single-threaded leader in Central Operations for the AMXL (Amazon Extra-Large) delivery business
- Leads the strategic pilot and program roadmap for routing and scheduling functions, system configurations, and capacity planning
- Partners cross-functionally to achieve consensus on program design while balancing cost, quality, and speed metrics
- Communicates effectively through verbal and written documentation, driving adoption of ideas and initiatives
- Analyzes root causes of operational defects and determines long-term solutions
- 5-10% travel (average of once a month to team meetings, stakeholder meetings, or site visits)
