The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support our growing Optical & Photonics Systems (OPS) portfolio. This is an opportunity to work with highly dedicated professionals on the cutting edge of optical sensing and communication missions. This is a full-time role with the ideal candidate supporting from Florham Park, NJ, Reston, VA, or Orlando, FL.

Responsible for all Program Level business analysis and support within the Optics and Photonics Solutions (OPS) portfolio for assigned programs. This includes financial analysis, customer financial coordination, reporting, management, forecasting, variance analysis, estimates at complete (EAC), new business pricing strategy, and other related financial reporting.
 

This position is a hybrid position located in either Reston, VA, Orlando, FL or Florham Park, NJ with potential travel to other company sites.


Responsibilities:

Work closely with Line Management Stakeholders (e.g., Program Managers, Portfolio Managers, VPs and Directors) to maximize financial performance.Coordinate and provide financial support of the annual financial planning process, multi-year planning, monthly forecasting, and financial close reporting requirements.Analyze/assist in accurate projection of quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC).Participate in risk and opportunity evaluation process.Ensure projects are set up compliant with all applicable policies and procedures to properly capture costs and recognize revenue.Ensure invoicing and collections are completed timely and accurately with the objective to reduce DSO.Active participant in the process phases and milestones for new pursuits. Milestone 4 (Pricing reviews).Train and educate Program Managers, Control Account Managers and customers on various aspects of program financials.

Qualifications:

Minimum 7+ years of program control experienceExperience at a government services contractor in a finance roleUnderstanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulations & Cost Accounting StandardsExperience managing a financial portfolio with complex technology solutions.Proficiency with financial and accounting reporting systems such as CostPoint and COGNOSProficiency with Excel functions at an intermediate level, including large multi-worksheet models, lookups, and pivot tables.Demonstrated ability to balance competing and changing priorities, move quickly amongst various taskings, and meet deadlines.Adept at working independently as well as in a team environment.Professional/effective communication – written and oralPossession of excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to consider and identify innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Desired:
• Top Secret or TS/SCI security clearance or ability to obtain one.
• Experience with Deltek Cobra.
• Knowledge of Earned value and EVMS highly desired

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$74,600-$156,700
