The Senior Program Coordinator Supervisor (Residential Communities) reports to respective Associate Director for Residential Communities and provides support to the campus Residence Life Staff (professional, graduate, and undergraduate student staff that work on the respective campus). Posting Summary Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Senior Program Coordinator Supervisor (Residential Communities) for Rutgers Residence Life.

Among the key duties of the position are the following: Provides administrative support to the Residence Life Coordinators, Assistant Residence Life Coordinators, and student staff for the respective campus. Manages the day-to-day operation of the campus office and keeps the Associate Director for Residential Communities informed of the operating status of the office. Handles crisis calls and emergency situations, providing guidance and support to staff, students, parents, and faculty as needed. Manages the respective Residence Life email account, and triaging concerns to respective staff members. Manages campus programming and outreach requests. Supports the daily operations of Residence Life and the fostering of a unique campus culture. Participates in campus based, departmental, and divisional trainings. Supports staff and supervisors in the execution of the residential curriculum, ensuring effective community-building efforts and programming. Supervises the Administrative Assistant to assure all persons arriving at the campus office receive professional, effective and efficient services.
