Job Description

Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Manage the PHC ClinicsPrepare clinic facilities for optimal efficiency  Chronic Disease Management Conducts  monthly internal audits and give feedback to senior managers Maintain and manage quality nursing care   Quality stock control Identify client’s trends and needs ,develop health programs Accurate record keeping Conducting Inservice training Human resource allocation Manage discipline within department HR administration such as leave forms, exception reports.

QualificationsGrade 12Diploma or Degree in Nursing SciencePrimary Health Care diplomaRegistered with SANCDispensing licenceBasic Life Support certificateQMed

Experience;

3-5 years’ experience in similar role

Knowledge and Skills:
