Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training.The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid. This role can be done from Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.This role is contributing to the Low Voltage Motor Control business in Australia and New Zealand. Main stakeholders are local sales organization and industrial customers.You will be mainly accountable for:•Manage Low Voltage Motor Control and safety products inclusive of Motor Control Centers (switchboards) business for Australia and New Zealand.•Provides support to the sales team, develops team members, and promotes knowledge sharing and collaboration.•Creates, plans and ensures implementation of the local go-to–market product marketing strategy including definition and communication of product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS).•Develops and implements product support and product training to ensure high customer satisfaction in cooperation with global business area/division Marketing and Sales. Qualifications for the role

You are highly skilled in market intelligence, business strategy, and the Low Voltage Motor Control products market in Australia and New Zealand.You have established skills in Motor Control Centers and AS/NZS 61439, with an understanding of the switchboard builder market.Possess an enhanced knowledge of pricing excellence, budget & performance targets, and customer experience success.You are passionate about process improvement and optimization, and innovative around new product development and product lifecycle management.Extensive knowledge of regulation & legal compliance, and proven experience in research and information synthesis.Design, create and test engineered solutions for specific customers or application requirements. Automation experience will be an advantage. You are at ease communicating in English
