Senior Product Manager - FX

The International Wealth and Premier Banking (IWPB) Product team is made up of people with a wide array of experiences across all aspects of the markets and functions of banking. In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end product management for the IWPB FX portfolio including (but not limited to) ongoing product management, new product development, project delivery and deepening customer and people experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Communicate and collaborate to complete projects and to achieve portfolio volume and revenue targets.Gathering business requirements, determining operating frameworks and defining strategic position for initiativesReview products and processes and implement improvementsMaintaining key relationships with business stakeholdersOngoing assessment of product suitability with target segments

Bachelor’s degree in a Finance and/or business-related field with relevant experience in product / project management function in financial services.Thorough understanding of FX products and operations and and the regulatory environment for retail bankingExcellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersDemonstrable analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive product decisions and customer experience

Preference will be given to candidates who hold Australian PR/Citizenship or New Zealand Citizenship, or who can demonstrate current unrestricted work rights in Australia without limitations.
