Our team of product Managers are responsible for solving problems for our customers and clients using software. They guide every step of the product's lifecycle from problem or insight definition through research, refinement, approvals, roadmap development, team structuring, design, software development, product marketing, pricing, release and continuous iteration through to eventual demise. Product Managers advocate for users and make sure the voice of the customer is represented, to build the best possible product. They work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds, breaking down complex problems into steps that drive product development. They are domain experts and don’t always write code but are technical enough to be credible. Product Managers determine the right thing to build and partner with engineers to figure out the right way to build it.
We are looking for an experienced product manager familiar with product development and management who has a proven track record in leading the delivery of impactful platforms from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be excited by solving customer problems, about working with end users to specify requirements and elicit feedback, and leading build and execution. We are looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager who thrives in an extremely entrepreneurial, fast paced environment. This is a high visibility role, interfacing directly with business leaders and will require creativity and drive to deliver on the ambitious roadmap.

Support and develop product strategy and roadmap with stakeholders across our businessAssist in the execution of the product roadmap by writing user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for technology developmentPartner with colleagues in engineering, design, operations and program management to allow for seamless executionMonitor competitive best practices and analyze end-user feedback – identifying and developing solutions when necessaryEngage with partner vendors to ensure they address product needsLeverage analytics and data to inform the product roadmapParse larger product feature projects into smaller components while understanding dependencies Participate in ideation activities, product feasibility assessments, business case preparation, and overall product definition (feature lists and prioritization)SKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5+ years of work experience in the Financial Services sector, with product management experience in an agile product development environmentPrevious knowledge of Private Alternatives is preferred, but not essentialGreat presentation, storytelling, workshop and communication skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrate a high degree of personal accountability, commitment to excellence and a high level of integrity, and going above and beyond to ensure that products are delivered on time with a high degree of qualityHighly organized with an proven ability to execute on multiple priorities in parallelAptitude for logically breaking down complex problems and processes, documenting workflows and edge cases, and communicating solutions with claritySelf-motivated, comfortable following direction, and able to balance quality work while meeting short deadlines Ability to lead and facilitate while executing design for a growing teamDemonstrated experience building relationships and influencing business stakeholdersA proven track record of defining and promoting change and innovation Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $150000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
