Senior Product Manager
Microsoft is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to join our Consumer Copilot team. This role focuses on leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and chat consumer products to create groundbreaking consumer applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a knack for generating creative ideas, and the ability to handle process and documentation tasks effectively. **Responsibilities** Innovative Product Development: Drive the development of consumer applications by leveraging LLMs and chat technologies. Generate and implement creative ideas to enhance user experience and engagement. Requirement Gathering and Specification: Collect and analyze customer requirements, formulate objectives, and develop detailed specifications for new features and products. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch. Foster strong partnerships with stakeholders to align on product vision and goals. Process and Documentation: Manage and document product development processes, ensuring clarity and consistency. Maintain comprehensive records of product specifications, user stories, and feedback. Customer Feedback and Iteration: Capture, analyze, and prioritize customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings. Develop and refine OKRs, feature enhancements, and functional specifications. Leadership and Influence: Demonstrate leadership by driving a customer-obsessed, growth mindset culture within the team. Lead by example and inspire others to achieve excellence. Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment with global product strategy and priorities. Contribute to the overall program management excellence by adhering to best practices and processes. **Qualifications** Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management or software development, OR equivalent experience. Experience on gamification productization, especially with IP characters. Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Proven track record in developing and shipping consumer software or services. Strong background in LLMs and chat consumer products. Broad understanding of consumer applications and chat technologies. Familiarity with product validation and testing methodologies. Ability to deal with ambiguity, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach. Experience working in a cross-region, cross-team, multitasking dynamic environment. Strong team-player with a passion for mentoring and coaching. Solid project management skills to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product goals. Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
