Title: Senior Product Manager – Freshop

Locations: {Atlanta, Dallas, Remote}

This unique role is to serve as product management leader for e-commerce.  This role reports to eCommerce Leader, who in turn reports to NCR Voyix's VP, Retail Product Management.

This role is responsible for building and executing on a product strategy to maximize the value of NCR Voyix Digital Commerce.

This role allows the successful candidate to:

Innovate in an Essential industry (Retail). Imagine, Define, and Deliver innovative products and capabilities that will be used by the candidate, and the candidate’s family & friends, in everyday interactions with grocery stores and convenience stores. Operate in an Agile environment based on Design Thinking, which focuses on progress vs. perfection, and iteration vs analysis paralysis Nurture the product management pipeline at NCR Voyix by mentoring and coaching more junior product managers.

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility:

Accountable for the following items, key digital and eCommerce products, features and roadmaps:

Identifying and validating market opportunities for growth

Formulating product strategy for sustainable differentiation

Identifying and articulating market requirements that define the product’s features set, in line with product strategy

Collaboration with Engineering & Design to balance innovative vision with practicality

Building and maintaining prioritized product backlog fed by:

Product strategy

Customer feedback & interviews

User research (in partnership with User Experience Design)

Competitive analysis

Educating sales team and business partners on messaging that works

Roadmap & Release management

Building product requirements documents (in our shared wall of work, in Jira Align)

Meeting customers for needs analysis

Required Experience / Qualifications:

10 years of Product management experience in a technical field or related experience

BS/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field

Curiosity & thirst for learning, and ability to do it quickly

A great attitude

Outside-in, data-backed orientation

Strong interpersonal skills & ability to build strong, trusting relationships

Proven experience in a Product Manager or similar role

Technical background

Ability to simplify the complex

Prioritization across tactical/strategic, customer/market

Excellent communication skills

Ability to lead by influence across teams & siloes

Familiarity with Agile framework

Problem-solving aptitude & creative thinking skills

Familiarity w/ modern approaches (SaaS, Cloud, Telemetry, etc.)

Vision for where things need to go

Entrepreneurial nature, nose for innovation that matters

Desired (not required) Experience / Qualifications:

Background in software development and program management is preferred

MBA

Previous experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Banking
