Our team in Microsoft 365 Core leads the experience for Business Chat, including what tasks it can accomplish and how people use it to achieve more. For example, we identified and delivered the ability for people to ask Business Chat: “Recap my last meeting,” “Help me prepare for my next meeting,” and “What should be on my radar from emails last week?” We’re inclusive while geographically distributed with a strong presence at Microsoft’s headquarters looking for more teammates in Costa Rica and Mexico. We have a growth mindset to learn from our customers both qualitatively with User Research and quantitatively with Data Science. We collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Applied Science to build hypothesis-driven experiments that help people succeed at work. We’re flexible and comfortable with ambiguity because we’re on the frontier of what’s possible in a rapidly changing space.
