Why We Need you!
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our virtual assistant, chatbot, and chat, as well as other collaboration capabilities for Ivanti’s Service and Asset Management suite. This role is crucial in shaping the future of our AI-driven conversational interfaces, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and deliver exceptional user experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, with emphasis in the AI and chatbot space, and will be adept at navigating the complexities of developing innovative solutions.
Who You Are
Interacting on a regular basis with customers, you are someone understands how customers work in the area of Enterprise Service Management. You enjoy partnering with customers to define the problems to be solved and jobs be done, and you act as the voice of the customer during the design and development process. In all you build, you work to ensure that new product capabilities solve meaningful customer problems. You also support the ideation, design, technical development, and launch of innovative new products and modules in support of the continued evolution of the Ivanti’s Enterprise Service Management portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing:
As part of the role, the ideal candidate understands the mechanics of the enterprise software market, understand requirements to deliver successful SaaS products and services, and needs to have business acumen to make smart decisions to optimize return on investment for the Ivanti ESM product line. Key to the success of the position is to be able to develop and maintain good business relationships with cross-functional teams, which are essential to the successful adoption of new capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap:
Develop and execute the product vision and strategy for virtual assistants, chatbots, and other collaborative capabilities. Create and manage a product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and market demands. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product decisions.Product Development:
Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and data science, to deliver high-quality products. Define detailed product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business impact.Customer Focus:
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather insights, understand their needs, and validate product concepts. Advocate for the customer by ensuring their needs are at the forefront of product development efforts. Develop user personas and journey maps to guide the design and development process.Performance and Metrics:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure adoption and performance. Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Report on progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.Collaboration and Communication:
Collaborate with marketing, sales, services, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption. Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product team.Innovation and Trends:
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in AI, chatbots, and collaboration. Identify and evaluate new technologies and solutions to enhance product offerings. Drive innovation by exploring new use cases and applications for virtual assistants and chatbots.To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on AI, virtual assistants, or chatbots. Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI technologies, natural language processing (NLP), machine learning, and chatbot frameworks. Customer Orientation: Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for creating user-centric products. Project Management: Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering products on time and within budget.
