Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and deploying IAM solutions using a range of tools and technologies. You will play a critical role in creating robust and scalable IAM systems, ensuring secure and efficient access controls across our organization.

 

What you'll Bring

- Proven experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite and IDCS.
- Strong background in SSO solutions, including OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, and multi-factor authentication.
- Expertise in performance testing, optimization, and high-availability architectures.
- Proficiency in microservices architecture, Kubernetes, web services, and API management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous integration/delivery practices.
- Minimum 6 years or more experience in the identity and access management domain.
- BS or MS degree or equivalent experience
