Senior Product Manager
Senior Product Manager Location: Remote Duration: 24 months Description: Lead software delivery workstreams abiding by JSM / SPO processes Synchronizing customers needs, design requirements and program timings Helping to evolve tools and processes to deploy quality software on time Demonstrate work products at program level ceremonies (e.g. PI Planning, Sprint retrospectives, backlog refinement) Understand and execute Change and Incident management Liaise with all areas of software development, release activities and deployment owners Navigate from roadmap to plan, influencing sequencing, resolving dependencies, identifying and mitigating risk Drive estimations of work towards goals/milestone for production, service and OTA Seeks to empathize with and understand the end-user deeply and, use that knowledge to determine the fastest path to deliver value while balancing, Stakeholder & Company’s gains Translates business goals and end-user needs into product strategy; communicates direction and product priorities to the development team, and other matrixed teams Convey timelines, deliverables, risks, delays and impacts to project team members. Proactively lead teams to assess/measure risks and assure PIs and its Epics stay on-track. Skills Required: Customer-focused and data-driven Expert at Problem Solving Techniques Technical expertise in the DevOps field, mainly on CD Storytelling Understanding of UX Research skills Ability to analyze and interpret data Thrives on working on a cross-functional team and on convincing different stake holders about new SW solutions Proven technical leadership skills with the ability to remain focused and calm under pressure Strong communication skills with engineers and non-technical stakeholders both written and verbal Skills Preferred: Previous Dev experience (Python, Golang) will move you to the front row Experience Required: 5+ years of proven experience as a TPM and/or Solution Delivery Leader 5+ years of large/technically complex management experience such as evaluating, defining and rolling out solutions.
