About the role
We’re seeking a SaaS Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our backend billing system and trial management platform. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and enhance scalable solutions that streamline subscription billing, manage free trials, and improve the customer lifecycle. You'll own the roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Location

Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap for billing and trial management systems. Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility. Feature Development: Collaborate with engineering teams to build seamless billing processes, including recurring subscriptions, discounts, and invoicing. Optimize trial workflows to increase conversions and improve customer experiences. Cross-platform subscription management (mobile app & web) Maintain the Backoffice UI Payment Processing: Processing payments for accurate revenue recognition Supporting online payment for consumers and small businesses Supporting sales-led enterprise billing Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance, legal, and sales to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, and smooth billing operations. Partner with customer success teams to design features that reduce churn and enhance onboarding experiences. Data Analysis & Insights: Monitor KPIs related to billing accuracy, payment success rates, and trial conversion rates. Conduct customer research to identify pain points and opportunities for innovation. Systems Integration: Ensure smooth integration with third-party tools like payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal) and Salesforce. Manage system upgrades and oversee testing to minimize disruption.Requirements
5+ years as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or subscription-based businesses. Experience with billing systems, payment gateways, or trial management is a strong plus.We’re also looking for...
Proven track record of managing technical backend systems. Strong understanding of APIs, workflows, and integration challenges. Analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, or Looker. Excellent communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
