Senior Product Manager, Earner Offer Experience
**About the Role** Every day, Earners receive millions of trip requests in the Uber driver app, for multiple gig types, such as ridesharing, food and grocery delivery, etc. The Offer Experience team's mission is to make the process of receiving and deciding on an offer as seamless and efficient as possible. As a PM in this role, you will be responsible for shaping the future of the trip request experience across our different surfaces, such as Trip Radar. This product leader will work on a complex problem space, with heavy interactions between the experience ("how we display offers") and matching ("how we match trips"). **What the Candidate Will Do** + Build a vision: define a product vision for the team and identify near and long-term initiatives to build your product roadmap. + Align teams: work closely with cross-functional teams such as Matching, Eng, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy. + Execute: translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes. + Iterate: distill insights from various data sources such as performance dashboards and experimentation results. Then apply the findings back into the product development process. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent. + At least 5 years of direct working experience as a Product Manager, ideally at a tech forward company builing consumer facing products. This is a user-focused role, so experience delivering highly successful and creative mobile user-facing products is a must. + Experience using data to drive strategic decisions and excelent stakeholder management skills. This is a complex problem space, requiring experience with experimentation and data-driven decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications** + Deep understanding of marketplace products and an ability to use data, distill it into insightful stories, align teams, and drive strategic decisions. + A genuine passion for Uber's mission, our products, and the company's hybrid technology/operations nature. + Customer Empathy - Think about the "why" before the "what" + A love for formulating product visions from user research, gaining buy-in from critical team members, and creating tangible roadmaps. + A bias towards action, never hesitating to jump in and tackle challenges hands-on. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$190,000 per year - USD$211,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
