Senior Product Manager, Cloud Security - CIEM

As a Senior Product Manager for Datadog’s Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM) solution, you will drive detection, investigation and response capabilities for cloud identity and entitlement risks within Cloud Security Management. Given the sprawl of machine identities and the fact that 75% of successful breaches involve abuse of identity and access management systems, it is critical to protect customers from such identity and entitlement risks. You will bring insights from customers, researchers, data scientists, engineers and sales to prioritize and build solutions that customers use to secure their cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for driving product and business growth among new and existing customers while partnering with teams across Datadog platform and the industry.

At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them.

What You’ll Do:

Drive and own the product requirements while working closely with key stakeholders, including customers, engineering, research, design, sales, and other product management leaders to assure delivery of an integrated experience. Partner with our product leaders across Security, Infrastructure monitoring, Application Performance Management, and Logs to drive value for customers. Establish clear metrics and KPIs to continuously evaluate product performance and feature usability with a direct feedback loop into the product roadmap that you manage. Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation and market disruption. Work closely with Executives, Marketing, Sales, PR, Design, and Support teams to successfully bring to the market new cloud security solutions.

Who You Are:

At least 4-7 years of Product Management experience in enterprise software serving a technical audience. A security and/or identity background is preferred. Strong sense of ownership: you will own and measure solutions and business outcomes. Experience in direct or adjacent markets and domains: Security, Identity, CIEM, CNAPP, Machine Learning, Anomaly detection. Demonstrated ability to distill and present research findings, market analysis, and product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong affinity for customer empathy, a keen eye for design and relationship building. Demonstrated robust, structured, and data-driven problem-solving and prioritization skills, using strong verbal and written communications. You have a BS/MS/PhD in a Computer Science, Engineering or related scientific field or equivalent professional experience.

Datadog values people from all walks of life. We know not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your experience, we encourage you to apply.
