To lead a multidisciplinary team for a success implementation of new products. + Develop detailed product specifications that accurate communicated performance and customer requirements to production. + Defines and coordinates validation test plans. Evaluates results for accuracy and precision. Ensures conformance to product specifications to achieve customer and product reliability and safety standards. + Apply Simple by Design methodology to reduce cost at the plant for the different products. + Lead multidisciplinary team and be responsible for the successful implementation of product line transfer from different sites. + Identify and executive for alternatives to improve the design and impact in the financial statement of the plant looking for better product cost, reduce scrap or reduce process cost. + Provide cost information for new customer requirements Qualifications + 3+ year in a similar position or 3+ years in an engineering, quality or manufacturing position. + Design engineering and analysis tools (CAD, Minitab, Excel) + Core Tools experience. + Fluent English . + Industrial Engineer, Mechanical Engineer or similar.
