The Sr. Product Designer is responsible for discovering, designing, and delivering visual solutions as defined by the Product Director. Key activities will include but are not limited to; identifying and articulating design problems, formulating solution hypotheses, contributing to the refinement of the design process and analyzing A/B test results. As a senior member of the team, they will often provide guidance to more junior members and tackle the most critical product needs.

Bachelors preferably in design or similar field of study required7-9 years 8-10 years of professional UX/UI/Product Design experience in a fast-paced tech environment; or any equivalent combination of experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to complete the major responsibilities/essential functions of the position requiredExperience in Retail/Grocery, B2B Products, or CPG preferredExperience with A/B testing requiredExperience working with Agile Development and a demonstrated ability to work flexibly and be lean in approach with a no ‘fluff’ MVP first philosophy. requiredA well-rounded portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design.Fluency in a variety of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, etc.Proficient in Google SuitePhysical Demands
