As a Senior Product Delivery Associate within the Consumer and Community Banking team, you will lead wire transfer product initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to align with business goals. You will play a crucial role in shaping the product roadmap and delivering customer-centric solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead wire transfer product initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders, engineering, architecture, customer experience, and cross-functional teams to align with business goals and timelines.Conduct discovery and market research to identify customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.Manage and develop the product backlog using JIRA to support strategic goals and customer needs.Define and deliver the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) to meet customer needs and business objectives.Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features and processes.Collaborate with other product owners to define clear requirements and well-documented acceptance criteria.Guide the adoption of customer-facing products, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Over 5 years of experience in digital product management, technology project management, or a related field.Strong understanding of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.Proven track record in leading product life cycle activities like discovery, ideation, and strategic development.Extensive experience in conducting regular client discovery sessions.Demonstrated experience in working within complex, matrixed organizations.Technical expertise in complex architecture, system diagrams, and impact analysis.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

Experience with digital payments, especially wire transfers or cross-border payments, is preferred.
