Purpose and Objectives

We are seeking a dynamic Business Engagement Lead (BEL) to join our Global Procurement Organization (GPO) team. The BEL plays a critical role in driving efficiency and effectiveness within GPO by leading cross-category operational, tactical, and strategic initiatives. Acting as the key intermediary between category teams and the GPO Technology, Supplier Management & Governance (TSG) team, the BEL ensures seamless collaboration, proactive process improvement, and operational excellence.

Drive the initiation and prioritization of key business topics that benefit GPO, its internal customers, and external partners. Collaborate with teams, including Supplier Management & Governance, Sourcing Excellence Champions Team, and Partnering & Communications, to identify synergies and continuously improve procurement processes, procedures, systems, and tools across GPO. Act as a subject matter expert to ensure the accuracy, quality, and professionalism of all deliverables. Represent category interests in GPO initiatives while working in close alignment with broader strategic goals. Drive global procurement efficiency initiatives in cross-functional teams with a focus on General Procurement. Drive innovation, transformation, and improvements in procurement initiatives, embedding new processes, digitalization, and forward-thinking approaches within General Procurement. Seek continuous improvement of procurement performance through transformation efforts that focus on modernizing the procurement function and creating greater agility.

What you bring

University degree preferably in Business & Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in procurement or a related field, ideally with a focus on procurement operations and/or processes and systems. Fluent English (spoken and written). Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and work collaboratively with various teams. Strong expertise in process improvement and procurement systems/tools. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data to support decision-making, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement. Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive change across the organization and with external suppliers. The candidate should be comfortable working in dynamic environments and capable of championing innovation, efficiency, and new ways of working within the team.

What you can expect is professional onboarding, exciting career progression, a diverse work environment providing growth opportunities, learning & development possibilities, and an international business network for you to leverage. Interesting non-work related activities (volunteering, charity, sport events,..).
