Your role:
you create strategic impact by initiating, organizing and implementing Procurement programs and transformations in the Business in line with Category and Business strategies.
You are responsible for
· Initiates, organizes and implements procurement programs: perform and transform
· Manages HPM savings funnel
· Captures supplier innovation in product and business creation to optimize propositions and achieve the best value for Philips and its customers
· Supports the Product Sourcing Engineers on the deployment of early supplier involvement and selection and target costing and tracking for assigned product
· Project manages activities at supplier, including management of related fields in the Sourcing Plan, in alignment with overall project plan
You are a part of
The successful candidate reports to the procurement business partner for EHM and covers a business scope of over 2B Euro/year.
He/She is part of a dynamic team working end to end with the BU stakeholders to continuously affirm HPM as the worldwide leader in this sector.
He/She iterfaces daily with team members in Europe, USA and China.
You're the right fit if:
· You have a Bachelor (Master preferred) in technical subjects (engineering preferred)
· Domain knowledge and understanding of all relevant disciplines with at least 8 years of experience
· Full understanding of PM standards, able to consistently apply and coaching project managers in project and program management process‐ oriented skills
· Emotional Intelligence Manages own and other’s emotions and able to manage pressure and setbacks
· English is a must, German strongly preferred
