**Job Summary** We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive-CDM/PV with 2 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a background in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations or Research and Development. This hybrid role requires rotational shifts and offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our projects and society. **Responsibilities** + Lead data management activities and ensure data integrity and accuracy in all processes. + Oversee the collection processing and analysis of clinical data to support safety and efficacy evaluations. + Provide advanced Excel expertise to streamline data analysis and reporting tasks. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. + Monitor and report on project progress identifying and addressing any issues that arise. + Ensure timely and accurate completion of all project deliverables. + Support the development and implementation of new data management processes and tools. + Conduct regular quality checks and audits to maintain high standards of data quality. + Assist in the preparation of safety reports and other documentation required for regulatory submissions. + Train and mentor junior team members on best practices and technical skills. + Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations. + Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in data management and pharmacovigilance. **Qualifications** + Possess advanced Excel skills to manage and analyze complex datasets. + Have experience in Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations or Research and Development. + Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. + Show excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently. + Exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills. + Be adaptable to rotational shifts and a hybrid work model. **Certifications Required** Certified Clinical Data Manager (CCDM) Advanced Excel Certification Cognizant is an equal opportunity employer that embraces diversity, champions equity and values inclusion.
