YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESLeading the scrap reduction and cost reduction in the defined area by streamlining processesLeading large-scale process improvement initiatives/projectsMonitor the process running in production; troubleshoot problems associated with processes and assist in resolving quality issuesEstablish processes for new products and/or equipment. Support on the installation of new equipmentAbility to perform and understand detailed data analysis using statistical software. As well as reporting the data to the management teamSupport production in a daily basis and participate actively to the main meetings, as requiredEncourage open communication and exchange of information within the department and between the various support groups

YOUR BACKGROUNDCompleted degree in a relevant engineering or scientific field or equivalent advanced trainingAt least 2 years of experience in a similar fieldWork experience in the pharmaceutical or medical field an advantageKnowledge in Wet finish processes like Electropolish and/or Anodization an advantageStrong skills and deep experience in optimizing manufacturing processesExcellent communication and presentation skillsVery good critical/logical thinking skills as well as problem-solving skillsProficiency in Lean and Six Sigma methodologiesVery good knowledge of German and English required
