Job Title: Senior Process EngineerJob Description As a Senior Process Engineer, you will lead and conduct process development activities, including process design and specifications, heat and mass balance, process scale-up and commissioning, technical risk assessments, and creating and maintaining accurate consumer-centric process specifications. You will be responsible for writing technical reports, managing stakeholders, making recommendations, and influencing decisions based on data analysis and interpretation. Work Environment This is an R&D Senior Process Engineer position located in East Hanover, NJ. The site has approximately 400 employees, most of whom work a hybrid schedule, with labs open 5 days a week. The dress code is business casual. Typical working hours are 9-5 EST, although trials may require flexibility. Travel may be up to 25%.
