What a typical day looks like:

New product introduction input (from SMT to Package)Understand DFM report and support customer to optimize the designReview customer BOM and add relative package to release to systemProduction WI create and upload system and updateReview customer ECO and release to systemAssist QE to analysis customer complain issuesAnalysis Material quality issue and provide the objective evidence to SQEImplement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturabilityPrepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for productionOversee new process equipment productionEstablish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parametersTrouble shoot process related issuesParticipate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvementsEvaluate and select various engineered materialsComplete other relative delegated job

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

Bachelor or above degree3+ years o of PE or ME experience for SMT，PCBA.Have good communication skill with OEM customer；Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge.Automotive experience is preferred.
