The Senior Process Analyst/Engineer will plan and lead process improvement projects within the service organization to reduce variation and non-conformances to ensure customer satisfaction is being upheld. This individual will lead enhancements to ensure standard procedures are planned in the most efficient and effective manner and will ensure that defects are identified and dealt with effectively and efficiently. This individual will have a strong commitment to process improvement and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities and will strive for quality excellence in every detail. This role offers the opportunity to influence and drive key Workforce Solutions Operations activities that will change the way Equifax operates. What you'll do:
Develops policies, procedures and methods to measure, evaluate and improve the quality of products and servicesConducts timely audit or inspections to ensure quality levelsPerform internal audits of projects to ensure that fulfillment processes and procedures are adhered to, provide findings and recommendations to management team, and coordinate resolution activitiesReport on quality performance and related initiativesAssumes proactive role in defect trending and analysis, implementing corrective and preventative action plans, and following up on assessing the ongoing effectiveness of implemented mitigation plansEnsure that critical processes and procedures are current and well-documentedOversee and participate in process events affecting fulfillment, including LEAN events, to ensure alignment with existing or new processIdentify, develop and implement continuous process improvement projectsEffectively address and resolve customer complaints and issues through root cause analysis and corrective and preventative actionsDevelop and maintain standard work practices to support the quality management system; Manage and document control processes; Work with cross-functional teams to improve quality performance, implement quality systems/processes and process controlsAnalyze operational processes utilizing process maps and recommend changes to improve the quality of the serviceSupport multiple projects, balancing priorities and resources to meet project and management expectationsAssist in business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals; Assist in development and implementation of business plan and initiativesCoordinate reviews and updates of business processes to meet changing business needsCreate, update, review and gain approval of documentation for new and existing business processesManage and mentor cross-functional teams to successfully execute business projectsWork with cross-functional teams to coordinate and streamline business processes; Work with leadership in planning, developing, and executing change initiatives across the business; Evaluate project plans and identify change initiatives required for successful project execution; Deliver specific plan to mitigate business risks and concernsSupport leadership in relation to change management plans including communications, trainings, stakeholder engagement, and impact analysisMonitor complex projects and prepare cost effective business cases; Support development of training materials and technical documentsPrepare project plans and activities and evaluate plans for various meetings and provide consultation of processIdentify and present project risks and opportunities to key leaders; Develop knowledge on business intelligence skills and processes ;Develop best practices to achieve project objectives and deliverables; Stay updated with ongoing business developments and initiatives; Drive process quality improvements in procedures, systems and reportingCreate process maps and develop procedures for critical business and quality processes; Participate in quality system improvement initiativesIdentify, define, and document business and functional requirements in order to recommend process changes that optimize operational efficiency and effectivenessWhat experience you need:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Data Science, etc.)3+ years of professional experience in a quality/industrial engineering/process improvement role3+ years experience in business process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma
