What YOU Will Do:
Provide expertise in process failure mode effects analysis (PFMEA) by working with Quality and manufacturing teams on process improvements and standardization.Serve as the subject matter expert on manufacturing processes, including equipment, layouts, workflows, and instructions, to ensure best practices and compliance with standards. Identify and recommend process improvements through data and cost analysis, modeling, benchmarking, and research to enhance cost control, productivity, and production systems. Lead and manage large projects, ensuring alignment with business plans and expectations, while driving improvements in quality, safety, and producibility through process reviews and tooling optimizations. Develop and implement strategic plans for material allocation, floor space, resource utilization, and personnel to maximize operational efficiency and meet production goals. Provide mentorship and leadership by coaching and delegating work to junior professionals, reviewing work assignments, and documenting lessons learned for continuous improvement. Leverage various software tools (e.g., ProModel, Microsoft Suite, Tableau, statistical tools) to update records, perform data analytics, and maintain documentation for effective process management and reporting. Develop and implement standard work, control plans, and preventative maintenance strategies to ensure operational efficiency, consistency, and proactive issue resolution.What YOU Will Learn:

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
