Northrop Grumman Microelectronics Center (NGMC) of Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is seeking an exceptionally talented, motivated, and creative Senior Principal Foundry Project Lead for Renovation/Construction at Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) who will be responsible for technical and management activities associated with foundry semiconductor equipment engineering.
This position will support the Advanced Technology Lab (ATL) - located outside of Baltimore, Maryland - where we design, manufacture, and test semiconductor products for internal and commercial production customers as well as emerging technology programs. Northrop Grumman’s ATL semiconductor foundry is a unique capability supporting a range of production microelectronic devices (Silicon, Gallium Arsenide, Gallium Nitride, and Silicon Carbide) and providing leading edge technology development in Superconducting Electronics and SLCFET. Our devices enable several Northrop Grumman’s ground-based radars, avionic radars, and space systems.
ATL Foundry is seeking a skilled Project Lead to oversee seating, renovation, and construction projects at their two campuses. In this key role, you will manage seating and floorspace across our two campuses, ensuring efficient utilization. Integral to this position is the coordination of construction activities, requiring a mix of management skills and technical know-how.
Your responsibilities will include creating detailed Statement of Work documents, fostering collaboration between our team and contractors, actively monitoring project performance, and serving a subject matter expert for ESD (Electrostatic Discharge). Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to project teams and mentor emerging professionals to support their growth.

Responsibilities:
Lead construction and renovation projects related to the Foundry.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with 7 years of related experience in industry or comparable. (Masters w/5 yrs or PhD w/ 3yrs experience)
Experience with project management software (MS Projects, JIRA, SAP) to control scope, schedule and budget.
Demonstrated project management experience, specifically in construction and renovation.
Strong leadership abilities to oversee multiple projects effectively.
Self-managing, proactive
Excellent teamwork and ability to work across business functions
Exceptional verbal and written communication organization skills.
Proficiency in providing technical mentorship.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Secret clearance

Salary Range: $131,100.00 - $196,700.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
