Key responsibilities / What you do
Oversee and drive execution of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget, esp. in the areas of Resilience, IT Security, IT Risk Management, and Identity & Access Management
Develop project scope, define deliverables, create project timelines, and estimate budgets.
Work closely with stakeholders, incl. project sponsors, business owners, and technical teams, to ensure project goals align with organizational objectives
Manage project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring team performance.
Manage changes to project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all changes are communicated to stakeholders and approved by project sponsors
Ensure projects, deliverables, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and conflict management are completed within agreed deadlines.
Advise clients on compliance with European regulations such as DORA, GDPR
Contribute to sales pitches and consulting service development with your ideas and experience together with colleagues globally
Key requirements/ What you bring
Master’s degree in business, IT or related field of study
5-10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in Consulting on IT / Cyber Security, IT Governance, IT Risk Management or Identity & Access Management.
Understanding of cloud security concepts and technologies, incl. cloud identity management, cloud security monitoring, and cloud access security brokers
Understanding of regulatory compliance standards like NIS2, DORA, COBIT, GDPR, ISO 27001, Data Privacy
Excellence in presentation and communication, with strength in facilitation, sales, and conflict management, proactive and solution-oriented behavior with strong conceptual thinking and ownership
Advanced skills in MS Office 365
Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish
Insurance experience is a plus, the expectation is that missing experience will be caught up fast during employment
