Senior Pricing Analyst

As a Pricing Analyst you'll help us shape up our strategy and value proposition by conducting data-based analysis, enabling exploration of new growth paths through experimentation and allowing us to make decisions based on your insights, as well as help implement them. We're a multi-faceted team with a strong business sense, an entrepreneurial vision and focused on creating and bringing ideas to life. You'll be an essential part in building a business in an exciting environment, full of supporting, smart and fun people.

 

What will you do:

Create analytical models to improve our value proposition, enabling new growth paths and increasing our profitability Analyse the impacts of experiments and value propositions launched and draw up meaningful insights, solutions and action plans, aiming to impact the lives of thousands of merchants Organise and present insights and main findings, interacting with senior stakeholders and supporting our decision-making

Objectives 

Improve pricing process and routines (Fee and CR prices benchmark, value proposition mapping, customized proposals, mcc adjustments) Identify key insights from net revenue and payback analysis

Challenges 

Understand SumUp business Stakeholder management Manipulate data and identify key insights Understand fee applying and requesting process

What you need to have

You have 1+ years of proven experience in any of this areas: Pricing/Revenue Management, Finance or Business Analytics You are a strong problem-solver (you are analytical, data-driven, creative, and pragmatic) and hands-on You are a pro at Excel, PowerPoint, and have a good knowledge of SQL You are an Upper Intermediate English speaker (some of your stakeholders are in global teams) You are comfortable with interacting with multiple stakeholders with different points of view You work well in a fast-changing environment (you are curious, proactive, and keen on questioning patterns) You have a fail fast, learn faster mindset You have strong prioritization skills - understanding what is key to the business success
