You Are:

UST is searching for a Power Platform Senior with experience in technical trainings, mentoring and guidance in the implementation of best practices in Citizen Development.

 

The opportunity:

·       Work with leads/Seniors in the team to understand the business objective.

·       Assist Leads to create software requirements artefacts and deliverables.

·       Work with leads/seniors to identify solutions options and validate them in a systematic manner.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Power Platform experience:

o   Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.

o   Advanced knowledge of Power Virtual Agents and Dataverse.

o   Ability to develop complex solutions, integrating multiple platform tools.

·       Business Solutions Development:

o   Experience in identifying and mapping business processes.

o   Ability to design and optimize solutions tailored to specific needs of the organization.

·       Integrations:

o   Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.g., via APIs and custom connectors).

o   Experience in data management and integration with Azure services.

·       Training and Leadership:

o   Good communication skills and experience leading teams.

·       Administration and Governance skills:

o   Experience in configuring secure environments and Power Platform governance.

o   Ability to establish and manage security and compliance rules and policies on the platform.

·       Power Platform Mid-Level Profile

·       Power Platform Competency:

·       Intermediate level in Power Apps and Power Automate; hands-on experience in application development and automation.

·       Basic or intermediate knowledge in Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.

·       Business Problem Solving:

o   Ability to understand specific business problems and propose solutions through the platform.

o   Experience in design and development of simple applications and task automation.

·       Knowledge in Basic Integrations:

o   Knowledge in the use of standard Power Platform connectors and limited experience with Dataverse.

o   Familiarity with common integrations and basic data connection skills.

·       Training and Support:

o   Ability to train peers on basic Power Platform topics.

o   Good communication skills and willingness to provide support in the use of the platform.

·       Commitment to Best Practices:

o   Familiarity with best practices in Citizen Development and participation in development and troubleshooting sessions.
